- Body: A bit sore in hams, and a bit tired.
- Workout: I did not like the programming today. I believe 85% 1RM to be too heavy for a workout structured like this. My form suffered as a result, although I wore a belt for added support. Burpees were pretty good, took a 5-breath break at 20 reps, then finished.
