Notes
  • Body: Still very sore in hamstrings
  • Workout: Went smoothly.  Squats felt good, though the weight was heavy enough where having speed was difficult.  Never held handstands before, that was interesting and challenging.
  • Rock climbing: Went well tonight, felt good, and did some challenging routes.
