- Body: Sore in the groin region, but the upper area where I feel I strained it isn't bad. There isn't much day-to-day movements that aggravate that area. Left soleus feels real weird and sore, maybe I'm compensating somehow. Icing both.
- Workout: Felt pretty good, nothing to write home about but it went smoothly.
