Alternate legs but 1 leg must remain on the box at all times. Step leg must come to full extention before the other leg is placed on the box.

Notes
- Body: Abs are very sore. Right tibia feels alright, some minor irritation during the run.
- Workout: Good workout today. Weighted step ups to 24" is pretty difficult. Jared did these in the past using dumbbells, which I didn't even think to do and just used a barbell. I am curious what the difference would be. Metcon went well, all HSPU were done til my head contacted a 25# plate on the ground, and were unbroken except for rd 4.
