- Body: Sore in hammys and abs, and some soreness in upper back still.
- Workout: Real happy about this one, although sub-10 would have been nice it was still 5 mins under my goal, that made me feel good. Last time I did this was 2/19/09 and I did it in 22:17 so this is a big PR.
