Notes
- Body: Sore in achilles/soleus. Quads, hammys also sore.
- Workout: Press felt pretty solid today. The 5 reps were usually pretty difficult. I focused on keeping a good upright rigid posture, tight core, and getting my head thru the bar. WOD was good, ring rows and ring dips were very difficult.
