- Body: Sore in traps
- Workout: Didn't feel like going very heavy with squats today so I did this routine. The WOD was good, KB Squat Clean Thrusters with 2x KBs are interesting haha. The snatches and press complex were the hardest parts by far. By the time I did ab work I was pretty wrecked.
