BS & Rock Climbing

Lunchtime

1 mile easy run, 11:20

Back Box Squat 5 x 3
loads: 185#, 205#, 225#, 245#, 255# (PR)

bicep exercises

Evening
Rock Climbed 1.5-2 hours

Notes
  • Body: Pain in achilles/soleus.  Some pain in tibia.  
  • Workout: Easy run was ok for my leg.  Squats irritated it more though if I rocked forward on the balls of my feet some.  PR on squats.  Rock climbing is always a good time :)
