- Wall presses, one leg lifted, on ball of other foot
- lateral walks with bands and medicine ball
- straight leg lateral walks with bands
- side shuffle and pause
- monster walks
- standing clamshell with bands
- single leg deadlift, arms out front, push back thru heel
- foam roll
- bridge w/hamstring curl
- single leg squat on bench
- short arc quads
- single leg balance on stability disc
- front leg raises, 2#
- side leg raises, 2#
- clamshells, 2#
- elevated clamshells, 2#
- massage/stretch
- ice
- Body: Sore traps and neck. Knee ok.
- Workout: Here's an idea of a typical physical therapy session for me. It is hard work and I get a good workout out of it. Today this took 2 hours and 45 minutes to finish.
