PT, Rest Day

7/16 Afternoon

Physical Therapy
-  stretching, quad work, glute med work w/resistance bands, single leg balance, bridges, etc

Evening
Stretch and rolled out hip capsule
foot strengthening

Notes
  • Body: Felt pretty good in the morning.  Knee a bit tired after PT.  Very faint ache in shins.
