VMO activation

Beach run
20 seconds run, 40 seconds walk for 15 minutes

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty good today.
  • Run: First day of running.  Light run, want to get back into that before I have to PST next week.  Felt fine for the most part, could feel slight foot irritation.
