- Body:
Run felt pretty good. Stopped at the 14 minute mark to do some
stretching of things that felt tight. Overall pretty good. Shoe
inserts caused small blisters on my arches. Some tightness in knee
afterward.
- Run: Good as can be expected. No real issues. 6.5 miles on the week thus far.
