Ocean Swim, Prehab

7/7 Afternoon

Swim (ocean)
CSS continuous for 26 minutes outside the surf zone

VMO activation
Foot strengthening/stretching
Tricep light resistance work, push ups on knees

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty good today.
  • Swim: Wanted to swim yesterday but ended up not doing it.  Today was great to get out in the ocean and do it.
