50 burpees for time
-    time: 2:35 (PR)

Notes
  • Body: Just sore in my achilles/soleus, and some in shoulders.
  • Workout: Deads felt strong today, probably could have done another 5-10# but this is what I had planned to do.  Burpees was a PR of 16 seconds.
