Notes
  • Body: Some soreness in hams
  • Workout: Finally pressed a reasonable amount today so that was good.  140# was hard though, had to fight for a few seconds on the 3rd rep.  Metcon was good and tough.  Everything was straight through except squat cleans which seem foreign.
