Notes
- Body: Extremely sore in core. Some soreness in hamstrings. Soreness in right tibia after hike (suspect the old trail shoes I wore are causing it).
- Workout: Went fairly well for being a heavy day. Front squats were extremely heavy, and my upper back rounding trying to keep the weight up.
