SPC, BSU, PU + Rock Climbing

Lunchtime

0.5 mile warm-up on treadmill
3 Rounds for time:
5 Split Power Cleans, 135#
10 box step-ups, 20"
33 push ups
-    time: 7:19

Evening
Rock climbed ~2.5 hours, 5.8-5.9 range.  Favored left leg a bunch.

Notes
  • Body: Sore in the groin region, but the upper area where I feel I strained it isn't bad.  There isn't much day-to-day movements that aggravate that area.  Left soleus feels real weird and sore, maybe I'm compensating somehow.  Icing both.
  • Workout: Felt pretty good, nothing to write home about but it went smoothly.
