Rock climbed for ~2 hours, 5.8-5.10, with some lead climbing practice
Notes
- Body: Minimal soreness. Minor tibia running during the 5k, then it faded. Remaining 3 miles my tibia felt fine. I continue to ice.
- Running: Went pretty well, keeping the pacing moderate
- Workout: I was able to keep the HPSn unbroken with 95#, which I was happy about. The double unders I did not concern myself with going unbroken, as I still have development work to do with those.
