Lunchtime

2 mile warm-up on treadmill
2 mile, moderate pace

3 sets of
20 reverse sit ups
20 sit ups

Notes
  • Body: Sore in my glutes mostly, some soreness in lats/bis.  Tibia doing well today, much better than Sunday.
  • Workout: Run went fairly well, focused on hamstring pull and a balanced foot strike.
