Notes
- Body: Pain in upper groin only present during certain movements, such as the very bottom of a deep squat and at parallel of a weighted squat. Running also some minor irritation.
- Workout: Went well. I was considering using 145# for my push presses but I'm glad I went to 150#, even if I failed some reps. Metcon was decent, had to scale weight and I placed a box under my squats for safety. Pull ups pretty decent.
