Notes
  • Body: Pretty sore in upper back/traps, sore in hamstrings.  Tibia irritation today although not bad, continuing to ice.  Will not do any running this week, only my strengthening drills.
  • Workout: Pretty nice easy day today with the cleans.  KTE were more difficult.  Swimming went pretty well, focused on a long glide and getting as streamlined as possible.
