Notes
- Body: Sore in left soleus area, the pain is dimished and more focused now, feels deep in the leg. Traps sore.
- Workout: Good intense metcon, all elements unbroken. Doing OHS w/double KBs is very difficult, and I looked like a field goal post for many of them.
