Notes
  • Body: Some soreness remaining in abs.  Slight soreness in hams.  Right tibia feeling much better today.
  • Workout: GMs were good, press could have been better.  Metcon was good, just made the 5th round in 5:59. 
  • Swim: Felt pretty good, swim with fins went well.
