Notes
- Body: No real issues. Right upper shin irritated, did some icing for it today. No real tibia issues, continuing icing.
- Workout: BS went alright, but I know I am losing upper back rigidity at the bottom of the squat as the weight/reps increase. Wanted to be able to do 265# for 3 sets, but after the first set I determined it would not be wise to do so. Otherwise they went well. FS went well. Core work was good.
- Misc: I'm anxious and excited to start running again.
