Notes
  • Body: Some lingering soreness in front delts.  Some slight soreness in left arch.  Right tibia is good today.
  • Workout: This went well, nice to rest the legs after yesterday's long run.  Doing push ups 1 minute after completing the dips was difficult.  Glutes and hams really felt it on the hip extensions.
