Run & Jiu Jitsu

Morning

Run 2 mile warm-up on track
Run 1 mile, sprint straights, jog turns
Run 1 mile cool down

Jiu Jitsu beginner work--trained kimura from guard, guillotine from guard, sweep from guard, gi choke from guard

Notes
  • Body: Moderate level of pain in right tibia during the entire run. Frustrating. Ice all day on and off. Neck sore from choke practice.
  • Workout: Run sucked, jiu jistu was a lot of fun.
