Easy Run

Notes
  • Body: Traps, biceps and inner quads are sore today.  Lower legs/soleus are still pretty sore.  Some tibia irritation during first half of today's run, but it cleared up once I found my stride.
  • Run: Nice easy run, getting the mileage in.
