Notes
- Body: Feel pretty good and rested. Left soleus a little less sore today. Right tib a little sore when direct pressure is applied.
- Workout: Went great. I am unsure of a 1RM for OHS, so I elected to do 95# which in the past has been a moderate weight that I struggled at. Today I felt very stable and focused however and was able to do the rounds of 15, 12 and 10 with unbroken OHS. The round of 8 I lost control after rep 3 and had to do it in two sets. All C2BPL unbroken.
