Notes
- Body: No issues
- Workout: Run went smoothly, no pain in tibia. DLs were heavy at first, then got warmed up and focused on keeping a tight back, the rest worked out. Pull ups were in an excellent rhythm, went 31-19 for those, and it was easy. Dips were difficult.
- Swim: Times are dropping slowly and finning felt strong, good stuff.
- Misc: I started supplementing with creatine today, 5g a day post workout.
