Notes
  • Body: Faint irritation in upper groin from climbing last night.  Left soleus sore again.  Icing both.
  • Workout: Some strength work today.  DLs and GMs I kept manageable as I feel out the limits of my groin.  I am suspecting as long as my legs are hip width apart things should be alright (cleans, DLs, power snatches).
