CPU, KBSw, SQ Metcon

Lunchtime

On the minute every min for 15min or until Failure to complete the Round in the set minute.
4 Clapping Push ups
8 Kettle Bell Swings, 2 Pood (used 70# KB)
12 Air Squats
-   completed all 15 rounds

Notes
  • Body: Feeling decent enough.  Tore my hands in 3 spots using the shitty kettlebells at this gym.  Tibia real tender.
  • Workout: Good metcon.  I had the same WOD prescribed on 12 Jan 2011 in which I completed 11 rounds before failing.  Today I maintained a good hard pace and defeated the workout.  It feels good to measure progress.  Rounds were all in the 37-45 second time frame.
