- Body: Feeling decent enough. Tore my hands in 3 spots using the shitty kettlebells at this gym. Tibia real tender.
- Workout: Good metcon. I had the same WOD prescribed on 12 Jan 2011 in which I completed 11 rounds before failing. Today I maintained a good hard pace and defeated the workout. It feels good to measure progress. Rounds were all in the 37-45 second time frame.
