Notes
  • Body: Sore in my traps and abs today.
  • Workout:  Not much time today, had to squeeze these in.

  1. Did you go close to failure on those pushup sets or did you stay far away from failure?

    This was done in a time crunch. I had set my goal for 200 push ups, and after doing the first 4x25 I had to speed it up because we were leaving soon. Upped the sets to 40 reps--which for me is getting close to where I would have to "pause" for 1-2 seconds before continuing, but not yet at the point of failure.
