Evening
Rock climbed 2.5 hours.  5.8-5.10s.  Good climbing day, stayed "in it" mentally on some difficult routes.

Notes
  • Body: Hams sore.  Felt a bit tired today.  Upper back very tired at night.
  • Workout: Went fairly well.  Had a nice sized sweat puddle under my burpees.
