Notes
- Body: Feel alright, tibia is irritated and groin is as well.
- Workout:BS felt good, set a 5RM. PCs were frustrating, I was struggling with 175#--was able to take a few breaths, refocus, relax, and get the reps though so that's good. Press felt decent as well, but I was nowhere near getting 160#. I struggled with the DUs during the metcon.
