Notes
  • Body: Sore in the traps and abs and slightly sore in chest
  • Workout: SP not as good as I would have liked, but it was what I was capable of today. FS went alright. Metcon was good and difficult, thrusters usually are. When combined with the SP and FS it became more difficult. Everything unbroken.
