25 Skin the Cats, use good control and full range of motion.

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty good.
  • Workout: OHS went well, 10# PR on this one today.  I power snatched as I am not ready to full snatch yet.  Skin the Cats were pretty difficult, I wasn't expecting that.
