Notes
  • Body: Felt a little out of it, slept in late today.  I think it may be my Central Nervous System (CNS).  Tibia sucking today.  Also sore in hams, quads and inside of elbows.
  • Workout: Like I said, I felt out of it today.  That said DLs went alright.  Metcon was difficult--DB C&J are difficult and I don't have great double-unders, so this WOD took a fair amount of time.
