Notes- Body: hams a bit sore, and I'm a little tired. Right tibia irritated.
- Workout: Difficult WOD, and I couldn't get muscle ups, so I was doing pull up/dips instead. It was frustrating. HSPU went well though.
- Run: Felt good. My 2 fastest intervals (ever?) I was pulling my legs super hard, and that's what led to the speed. Upon video inspection I still notice some of the same problems, namely over-striding more with my right leg, and supinating on both. Later on, my tibia and groin were irritated.
