Notes
  • Body:  Felt quite good today.  Groin only slightly tender on early squat sets.
  • Workout: Back squats went very well and I felt strong.  Really sent my hips back and felt the contraction in the glutes and hams.  Ring dips were good as well.  Core work was pretty tough and smoked me pretty good.
