"J.T.," Dips, PL + Rock Climbing

Evening
Rock climbed ~2 hours, 5.7-5.9, one 5.10 attempt.  Challenging routes tonight.

Notes
  • Body: Sore in my abs.  Groin slightly tender.
  • Workout: J.T. was more challenging than I anticipated.  As my housemate Jared put it, it's a lot of triceps in 3 different positions.  HSPU was to a 25# plate, but that standard only lasted the 1st round, after which I could not touch my head to it each rep and finish in a reasonable amount of time.  Rock climbing was tough and fun.
  • Misc: The last time I did J.T. was in May 2008.
