Notes
- Body: Very tired/sore in the shoulders, also in the bicep/forearms. Abs slightly sore. Frickin' dropped the bar on my neck while lowering the bar during one of the reps today, that hurt. Still icing left soleus area.
- Workout: Went extremely well. I have no record of ever attempting OHS greater than 95# as it's always been basically the limit for me, and rarely have I had a prescribed strength day of OHS. Blew that PR out of the water, so that was awesome. Snatches felt good. Swings were good, really intersting movement to have a fast pull down of the KB.
- Misc: Rest day tomorrow.
