Did you go close to failure on those pushup sets or did you stay far away from failure?

ReplyDeleteThis was done in a time crunch. I had set my goal for 200 push ups, and after doing the first 4x25 I had to speed it up because we were leaving soon. Upped the sets to 40 reps--which for me is getting close to where I would have to "pause" for 1-2 seconds before continuing, but not yet at the point of failure.
