Ski & PS, KB Sw Metcon & Core

Afternoon

Skied for ~4 hours, last day on the slopes, 70° out.  It was a fun and hot day.

Notes
  • Body: Skiing made my legs quite tired, felt like I worked harder than usual in the slush today.  Otherwise feel good.
  • Workout: Metcon was good.  For the pistols I held onto the squat rack for stability, since my pistols need some development.  Core work was difficult, knees to elbows turned into knee raises.
