Notes
  • Body: A little sore in the hamstrings today
  • Workout: Big PR today on deads, haven't attempted deadlifts over 300# since July last year, and haven't gone for a 1RM since 2009 I believe.  This was a 15# PR, awesome.
  • Swim: Felt pretty good in the water today.
