Run

Lunchtime

Run 3 miles on treadmill, easy -- 30:00

Bicep work

Run 1 mile on treadmill -- 7:30

Notes
  • Body: Sore in hamstrings mostly.
  • Workout: 4 miles total of running, 3 miles easy and 1 mile quick, with some bicep work thrown into the mix.  Basically an active rest day.
