Notes
  • Body: No irritation in the tibia after running yesterday.
  • Workout: Back squats went alright.  On the final rep at 265# my right knee felt a little twinge in it.  I felt it out and it wasn't bothering me badly so I decided to continue with my workout.  No issues.  Metcon was a challenging one for sure.  Bear crawls suck, plain and simple.
