Notes
  • Body: Still a little sore in glutes, left calf and right lower leg.  No real tibia issues, which is nice.
  • Workout: Front squats felt heavy but I felt solid on my form.  Everything else was good.
  • Swim: A bit slow on the intervals.  Finning felt good though.
