Run & Area Work

Lunchtime

Run 1 mile warm-up on treadmill

Bicep work
3 x 90sec plank
3 x 20 reverse sit ups
3 x 20 sit ups

Run 2 miles on treadmill, 16:20

Notes
  • Body: Felt good today, a little sore in hamstrings and quads.  Some lateral hip irritation during run.
  • Workout: Chose to do a lighter day today after the way I felt at climbing last night.  Ran 3 miles total, 7 in the last 2 days, legs feel good for the most part.
