- Body: Sore in hams and traps
- Workout: Run went well. I'm battling some ugly chaffing but covered it up and it seemed to be alright.
- Misc: I have my running evaluation at the University of Virginia Center for Endurance Sport's SPEED Clinic on Monday. Looking forward to that.
