Notes
- Body: Legs are pretty sore, quads and hams.
- Workout: Went well. OHS rounds 2-6 unbroken, first round my right wrist was taking too much pressure, in rounds 2-6 I brought my grip in finger's width and had no issues. Box jumps combined with double-unders is a difficult combination.
- Run: Very hilly run today, which was difficult. Running on steep down hills is a bit uncomfortable and unnatural for me, feel like I'm just braking the entire way down.
